中长跑运动时间长,负荷大,造成了学生身心较大的疲劳。而通常的整理活动大多是由教师带领学生进行一些肌肉放松练习,这些方法对消除神经系统的疲劳作用不大,学生课后情绪较低落,不能尽快恢复到安静状态,甚至影响其它科目的教学效果。针对这种情况,我在整理活动中采用意念放松法。意念放松法就是放松者用意识引导全身放松的一种方法。通过放松者有意识地要求放松、安静、自然、排除杂念的练习,达到消除大脑皮质细胞的
