本文应用倍增差示分光光度法测定了复方安痛定注射液中氨基比林、安替比林的含量，其方法简单、快速、且不需分离。二组份的标准回收分别为９９．９％和９９．６％，变异系数分别为０．５３％和．０５２％。
In this paper, the concentration of aminopyrine and antipyrine in compound AnTongDing injection was determined by multiplication differential spectrophotometry. The method was simple, rapid and without separation. The standard recoveries for the two components were 99.9% and 99.6%, respectively, with coefficients of variation of 0.53% and. 052%.
