冶金工业部办公厅于1997年3月18～20日在山东省莱芜市新兴大厦召开了全国高炉喷煤暨炼铁工作会议。来自全国各重点企业、地方中小型骨干钢铁企业有关钢铁研究、设计院所、高校等70多个单位,188名代表(大部分是炼铁厂厂长、总工以及负责炼铁方面的领导和专家)参加。冶金部翁宇庆副部长、周传典(原副部长)、李尚诣副司长(科技司)、藩荫华总工、赵沛处长(综合处)、宋阳升处长(炼铁处)、徐矩良总工等部领导参加,并作了重要报告和讲话。本次大会主要目的是:
The General Office of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry held a national blast furnace coal-fired and iron-making working conference on March 18-20, 1997 in Xinxing Building, Laiwu City, Shandong Province. From the key enterprises in the country, the local small and medium-sized backbone iron and steel enterprises about 70 research institutes, design institutes, colleges and universities more than 70 units, 188 representatives (most of the ironworks factory director, chief engineer and responsible for the iron and steel leadership and Experts) to participate.
