建立了超高效液相色谱法同时测定藿香正气口服液中的橙皮苷、和厚朴酚及厚朴酚。采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为220 nm。橙皮苷、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚分别在6.4～128 ng、3.2～64 ng和6.4～128 ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.3%、98.4%和102.2%,RSD分别为0.5%、0.9%和2.0%。10批样品测定结果与中国药典HPLC方法测定结果一致。
A high performance liquid chromatography was established for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin, honokiol and honokiol in Huoxiangzhengqi Oral Liquid. C18 column with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, gradient elution, detection wavelength of 220 nm. Hesperidin, honokiol and honokiol had good linearity in the range of 6.4 ~ 128 ng, 3.2 ~ 64 ng and 6.4 ~ 128 ng respectively, with the average recoveries of 98.3%, 98.4% and 102.2%, respectively 0.5%, 0.9% and 2.0%. The results of 10 batches of samples were consistent with those of HPLC method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
