例1.她们结婚已经两年了.误:They have married for two yesrs.正:They have been marricd for two years.正:It is two years Since they they married.[析]:终止性动词的现在完成时肯定式只表示动作的结果或影响,(如:They have mar-ried.)而不能表示动作的延续,因此,不连用for或since引导的表示一段时间的状语.如果要表示动作的延续,可将终止性动词改为相应的延续性动词,或使用“It is十一段时间十since…”的句型.
Example 1. They have been married for two years. Wrong: They have married for two yesrs. They: have have been marricd for two years. [Exit]: The termination verb is now completed. The affirmative formula only expresses the result or effect of the action, (such as: they have mar-ried.) It cannot express the continuation of the action. Therefore, do not use the adverbial expression for a period of time guided by for or since. If you want to express the continuation of the action, You can change the terminating verb to the corresponding continuation verb, or use the sentence pattern “It is ten times...”.
