年轻的管理者正逐步走上管理岗位,但是由于自身管理能力的不完善,往往管理能力与自身技术能力不成正比,本文旨在分析如何建立年轻管理者的领导能力。
Young managers are gradually taking up management positions. However, due to their imperfect management capabilities, management capabilities are often not directly proportional to their technical capabilities. This paper aims to analyze how to establish the leadership skills of young managers.
