医院分级管理是我国医院管理制度的一项重大改革。医院实施分级管理达标建设,就必须狠抓质量管理,我科在达标建设中的质量管理方面做了一些探索,取得了一定的成绩。现将我们的做法和体会介绍如下: 一、更新观念,增强达标意识。实施分级管理,是医院卫生工作现代化、正规化建设的需要。为此,我科在院领导的指导下,积极组织工作人员,认真学习有关文件和上级指示精神,提高了认识,统一了思想。科里多次组织人员研究分级管理的方法、措施;要求在科室质量管理方面下硬功夫,为实施分级管理奠定了坚实的思想基础,确定了奋斗目标。 二、成立科室质量管理小组,强化各基础环节的制
Hospital-level management is a major reform in China’s hospital management system. In order to achieve the standardization of the management of hospitals in hospitals, we must pay close attention to quality management.
