目的分析和评定石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米粉中镉含量的不确定度。方法依据CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,分析不确定度的来源,计算待测大米中镉的不确定度。结果对2份大米粉中镉进行测定,得出了其不确定度分别为5.76%,5.32%。结论通过对不确定度的评定,了解了石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米粉中镉含量结果的准确性,保证检测工作的质量。
Objective To analyze and assess the uncertainty of determination of cadmium content in rice flour by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Based on the CNAS-GL06 “Guidance on Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis”, the source of uncertainty was analyzed and the uncertainty of cadmium in rice under test was calculated. Results The determination of cadmium in two rice flour yielded uncertainty of 5.76% and 5.32% respectively. Conclusion Through the evaluation of the uncertainty, the accuracy of the results of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of cadmium content in rice flour is understood and the quality of testing work is guaranteed.
