我院自1984年12月至1990年1月应用日本Olympus CF-LB_3W型纤维结肠镜(下称内镜)共检患者520例。检出大肠癌51例(2例为复发癌),检出率为9.81％,其中早期癌2例,均经术后病理证实,余为进展期癌。报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料本组男29例,女22例,男女之比为1.32∶1。年龄最小12岁,12-30岁占5.9％,31-40岁占17.6％,41-50岁占13.7％,51-60岁占31.3％,61岁以上占29.4％。二、临床表现临床表现见表1。
In our hospital from December 1984 to January 1990, 520 cases of patients were examined by Olympus CF-LB_3W type colonoscopy (hereinafter referred to as endoscopy). Fifty-one cases of colorectal cancer (2 cases of recurrent cancer) were detected. The detection rate was 9.81%. Two cases of early cancer were confirmed by postoperative pathology. The rest were advanced cancers. The report is as follows. Clinical data I. General information There were 29 males and 22 females in this group, with a male to female ratio of 1.32:1. The youngest 12 years old, 12.30 years old accounted for 5.9%, 31-40 years old accounted for 17.6%, 41-50 years old accounted for 13.7%, 51-60 years old accounted for 31.3%, 61 years old and above accounted for 29.4%.
