福建省委书记贾庆林日前在听取厦门市规划局、规划院汇报厦门环岛路规划方案时,指出:在滨海城市的规划建设中,应该把大海提供给人民群众去观赏,沙滩、海岸应做为公共活动场所,不能占为一部分人所有。贾庆林说,应把环岛路做成单面路,靠 Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee Jia Qinglin recently briefed the Xiamen City Planning Bureau and Planning Institute on the planning of the roundabout road in Xiamen.
