介绍了一种适用于高速高精度流水线模数转换器(ADC)的放大器。该放大器使用了增益提升技术,具有高增益、高单位增益带宽的特点,能满足高速高精度ADC对放大器的性能要求。该放大器采用1.8 V1P6M0.18μmCMOS工艺实现,仿真表明直流增益为100 dB,单位增益频率为1.2 GHz(负载电容1.5 pF),功耗16 mW。将该放大器用于10位100 MS/s转换速率的流水线ADC,测试结果表明该放大器性能达到设计要求。
An amplifier suitable for high speed, high precision, pipeline analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) is presented. The amplifier uses a gain-boosting technique, featuring high gain and high unity gain bandwidth to meet the amplifier’s performance requirements for high-speed, high-precision ADCs. The amplifier is implemented in a 1.8 V1P6M0.18μm CMOS process. The simulation shows a DC gain of 100 dB, a unity-gain frequency of 1.2 GHz (1.5 pF load capacitance) and a power dissipation of 16 mW. The amplifier was used in a 10-bit 100 MS / s conversion pipeline ADC, the test results show that the performance of the amplifier to meet the design requirements.
