实验测得La_2O_3-Al_2O_3-CaF_2三元渣系不同组成时La_2O_3的活度,并作出等活度图;同时确定该渣系在1600℃下的熔化区域。活度测定所依据的反应为 (La_2O_3)+3C2[La]Sn+3CO↑由实验结果得知:当La_2O_3浓度不变时,La_2O_3活度随CaF_2浓度的增加或Al_2O_3浓度的减少而增加;当CaF_2或Al_2O_3浓度不变时,La_2O_3活度都随La_2O_3浓度的增加而增加。
The La 2 O 3 activity of La 2 O 3 -Al 2 O 3 -CaF 2 ternary slag system was measured experimentally and the activity diagram of La 2 O 3 was determined. Meanwhile, the melting area of the slag system at 1600 ℃ was also determined. The reaction based on the activity measurement is (La 2 O 3) + 3C 2 [La] Sn + 3CO ↑ It is found from the experimental results that when the concentration of La 2 O 3 is constant, the activity of La 2 O 3 increases with the increase of CaF 2 concentration or the decrease of Al 2 O 3 concentration When the concentration of CaF_2 or Al_2O_3 is constant, the activity of La_2O_3 increases with the increase of La_2O_3 concentration.
