我国开展职称工作已有50多年的历史,职称制度大致经历了技术职务任命制、专业技术职称评定制度和专业技术职务聘任制三个发展阶段,不同的发展阶段有着不同的内容和性质,这与当时的社会历史环境、经济发展水平、用人制度和收入分配制度有着密切的联系。近些年,我国在信息产业领域对专业技术人员的评价已经实现了评审与考试相结合,并且向考试制度化方向迈进。
