品管圈文化建设以医院文化为基础,以科室特色为前提,以圈员为根本,以解决问题为导向,以持续改进为动力,以患者满意为目标。应用群体发展五阶段模型指导品管圈文化建设,在形成阶段落实培训,培养学习文化;在震荡阶段形成圈标识系统,培养团队文化;在规范阶段提炼核心理念,培养责任文化;在执行阶段建立规范的行为系统,培养执行文化;在解体阶段总结可推广成果,培养持续改进文化。
