将信息化技术应用于长输管道的应急抢险工作,是一个全新的课题,既可以提高应急反应效率,又可以有效节省人力、物力,指出抢险的重点方向。阐述了管道地质灾害气象预警、管道泄漏模拟分析、管道应急三维分析、管道应急专题图、PIS管道应急数据支持系统等信息化技术方法和原理,给出了实际应用案例,包括兰成渝管道地质灾害气象预警、秦皇岛装船线原油泄漏入海模拟、温泉水库溃坝对涩宁兰管道危险性影响三维分析、唐家山堰塞湖溃坝对兰成渝管道影响三维分析,表明了信息化技术在管道应急抢险中的重要作用。最后,对管道应急信息化技术的未来发展趋势进行了探讨。
The application of information technology to the emergency rescue work of long distance pipelines is a new topic that can not only improve the efficiency of emergency response but also effectively save manpower and material resources and point out the key direction of emergency rescue. The paper describes the methods and principles of information technology such as meteorological warning of pipe geological disasters, pipeline leakage simulation, pipeline emergency three-dimensional analysis, pipeline emergency thematic map, PIS pipeline emergency data support system and so on. Some practical application cases are given, including Lan Cheng Yu pipeline geology Disaster meteorological early warning, Qinhuangdao shipyard crude oil leakage into the sea simulation, Wenquan Reservoir dam on the three-dimensional analysis of the dangerous impact of Selanine pipeline, Tangjiashan dammed lake dam on the Lanchengyu pipeline three-dimensional analysis shows that the information technology in Pipeline emergency rescue an important role. Finally, the future trend of pipeline emergency information technology is discussed.
