国卫办食品函〔2014〕377号湖南省卫生厅:你厅《关于将黄花菜比照叶菜蔬菜执行镉限量标准的请示》(湘卫报〔2013〕36号)收悉。经研究,现答复如下:根据《食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2012)及污染物限量标准制定原则,经组织专家研究,我委同意黄花菜中镉限量参照叶菜蔬菜及芹菜中镉限量执行,即黄花菜中镉含量应小于等于0.2毫克/千克。专此函复。
