1.绪论近年来,日本在焦炉节能方面,由于不断地从各个环节积极研究回收热源技术,取得了可喜的效果。在焦炉显热中,红焦显热量最丰富,其次是焦炉煤气显热(参照图1)。新日铁的名古屋钢铁厂对焦炉煤气回收技术极为重视,认为有以下的优点:①容易应用到现场;②回收性能优越;③容易利用等。从1959年就着手研究利用焦炉上升管中的有机热介质来回收废热的技术。并从1982年3月,回收焦炉
1. INTRODUCTION In recent years, Japan has made gratifying achievements in energy saving in coke oven because of its continuous research on heat recovery technology from all aspects. In coke oven sensible heat, red coke is the most abundant heat, followed by coke oven gas sensible heat (see Figure 1). The Nippon Steel’s Nagoya Steel Plant attaches great importance to the coke oven gas recovery technology and believes it has the following advantages: ① easy application to the site; ② superior recycling performance; and ③ ease of use. From 1959 on the development of coke oven riser to study the use of organic heat medium to recover waste heat technology. And from March 1982, recycling coke oven
