身心健康不仅是指身体健康,而且还有心理健康。近年来,由于社会竞争激烈,就业等压力较大,女大学生的身心健康受到威胁。大众健美操对增强女生的身体素质、缓解心理压力都具有很好的作用。文章从生理学和心理学角度出发,对大众健美操影响在校女大学生身心健康方面进行了调查研究,以便了解大众健美操对女生身心健康的影响,并提出合理化建议。
