通过对直流激励快轴流CO2激光器的交流预电离的研究,发现预电离能降低起辉电压,提高放电电流的稳定性,有效地消除激光器相邻阴极间的“拉弧”现象.还对这一现象进行了理论分析.
Through the research on AC pre-ionization of DC-excited fast-axial CO2 laser, it is found that the pre-ionization energy can reduce the build-up voltage, improve the stability of the discharge current, and effectively eliminate the phenomenon of “arcing” between the adjacent cathodes of the laser. This phenomenon has also been theoretically analyzed.
