以5个广亲和品种(WCV)和明恢63为试材,按Griffing方法四分析了WCV和明恢63主要农艺性状的配合力表现。结果表明:明恢63是一个综合性状优良的恢复系,多数性状一般配合力表现较优,但有部分性状一般配合力表现不如WCV;与明恢63相比,VG28和Cps1017在多数性状上具有较高的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差,利用其作为亲本进行组配可望获得较好的特殊配合力效应。
Five compatibility varieties (WCV) and Minghui 63 were used as materials to analyze the combining ability of main agronomic traits of WCV and Minghui 63 according to Griffing method. The results showed that Minghui63 was an excellent restorer line with good general traits, most of the traits showed better general combining ability, but the general combining ability of some traits performed worse than WCV. Compared with Minghui63, VG28 and Cps1017 had With higher general combining ability and special combining ability variance, it is expected to obtain good special combining ability effect by using it as parent.
