高校图书馆的管理工作比较繁重,而聘用学生作为图书管理员,在很大程度上能够解决学校图书馆管理人员不足的问题,另一方面也增强了学生的工作实践能力,而且加强了图书馆与学生之间的沟通和连接。但由于目前我国高校图书馆学生管理人员能力差别大,素质参差不齐的原因,导致高校的图书馆管理工作质量不高。为了改善高校图书馆管理工作现状,还要有针对性的采取一些应对措施,从而解决高校图书馆学生管理人员在工作中出现的问题,进一步提高高校图书馆的管理工作水平。
