目的:观察峨参对食醋所致脾虚模型小鼠的影响。方法:昆明系雄性小白鼠60只,随机分成6组,除空白组灌胃生理盐水外,其余各组灌食醋造模8天,然后各组分别以生理盐水、峨参水煎液、白术水煎液灌胃,测定摄食量、活动次数、游泳时间、耐寒机能及脏器指数。结果:高、中、低剂量组的峨参及阳性药物白术组,均能不同程度地提高脾虚小鼠的体重及其脏器指数、延长脾虚小鼠的游泳时间、增强食欲、提高其耐寒能力、增加其活动次数、提高其存活率。结论:峨参水煎液对食醋所致小鼠脾虚有一定的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of radix quinquefolium on mice with spleen deficiency caused by vinegar. METHODS: A total of 60 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. In addition to the blank group administered with normal saline, other groups were vaccinated with vinegar for 8 days. Then each group was treated with normal saline, decoction, and Atractylodes macrocephala. The decoction was gavaged and the food intake, number of activities, swimming time, cold resistance and organ index were determined. RESULTS: The high-, medium-, and low-dose groups of Cangshen and the positive drug Baizhu group could all increase the body weight and organ index of spleen deficiency mice, prolong the swimming time of spleen deficiency mice, increase appetite and improve their cold tolerance. Increase its number of activities and increase its survival rate. Conclusion: The decoction of Qishen decoction can improve the spleen deficiency of mice induced by vinegar.
