长期观察切除迷走神经后交感神经对胃酸分泌和胃泌素释放的影响后发现:单纯切除迷走神经使胃酸分泌减少52%,术后两个月完全恢复,而同时切除迷走神经和交感神经的动物胃酸分泌恢复不全。单纯切除迷走神经后三个月,血清胃泌素浓度增加6.5倍,而同时切除交感神经组只增加4.5倍。结果提示,在去迷走神经大鼠,交感神经可刺激胃酸分泌,这种作用可能与交感神经刺激胃泌素释放有关。
After long-term observation of the effects of sympathetic nerve excision on gastric acid secretion and gastrin release, it was found that simple removal of the vagus nerve caused a 52% reduction in gastric acid secretion and a complete recovery two months after surgery. At the same time, gastric acid secretion was restored in vagus nerve and sympathetic nerves. Incomplete. Three months after the removal of the vagus nerve alone, the serum gastrin concentration increased 6.5-fold, while the removal of the sympathetic nerve group only increased 4.5-fold. The results suggest that in vagus nerve rats, sympathetic nerves can stimulate gastric acid secretion, which may be related to sympathetic stimulation of gastrin release.
