根据《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法》规定精神，１９９９ 年６ 月２８ 日，全国人大常委会通过了《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区驻军法》。因此说，我国政府在澳门驻军有充分法律依据。在澳门驻军是中国恢复对澳门行使主权的必要体现，是中央人民政府有效管理澳门防务的必然要求。
According to the spirit of the “Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China”, on June 28, 1999, the NPC Standing Committee passed the “Garrison Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.” Therefore, our government has sufficient legal basis in setting up a military presence in Macao. The military presence in Macao is an essential manifestation of China’s resumption of its exercise of sovereignty over Macao and is an inevitable requirement for the Central People’s Government to effectively administer Macao’s defense.
