2007年以来,安钢炼铁厂在全厂基层班组中开展了争创“学习创新型班组”活动。开展这项活动的目的,是在安钢装备大型化、产品专业化、生产现代化的背景下,加强基层班组建设,提升班组管理水平,增进人员素质提高,激活班组这个企业的细胞,推进企业文化在全厂落地生根。他们从学习理念的确立、政策措施的制订、激励机制的深化、学习创新活动的开展、先进典型的选树等各个层面,都进行了有益的探索。
Since 2007, Anyang Iron and Steel Plant in the entire plant grass-roots team to carry out a struggle to create “learning innovative team” activities. The purpose of this activity is to strengthen the construction of grass-roots team, upgrade the management level of the team, improve the quality of staff, activate the cells of the enterprise and promote the corporate culture in the context of large-scale equipment, product specialization and production modernization in Anyang Iron and Steel Group Rooted in the whole plant. They have made useful explorations from the aspects of the establishment of learning philosophy, the formulation of policies and measures, the deepening of incentive mechanism, the development of learning and innovation activities, and the selection of advanced and typical models.
