Objective: To study the effects of mild hypothermia on neurological function and brain histomorphology in patients with severe cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and to explore the effect of mild hypothermia cerebral resuscitation. Methods: The dogs were beaned for an 18-minute resuscitation. Fifteen mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups: non-ischemic control group (n = 4), normal temperature treatment group (n = 5) and mild hypothermia (33.5 ~ 34.5 ℃) treatment group (n = 6). Observe the comprehensive index of neurological function and the degree of morphological damage and other indicators. Results: There was no significant difference in the main parameters of circulatory resuscitation between normal temperature group and mild hypothermia group, and the pathological damage of mild brain tissue after mild hypothermia was lighter than that of normal temperature group (the neurological functional scores were (13.4 ± 1) .3) points and (17.3 ± 0.8) points]. Conclusion: Mild hypothermia can significantly reduce brain damage in morphology and nerve function, suggesting that mild hypothermia cerebral recovery effect.
