基于单位体积元的细观力学有限元法预测了孔隙率对漂珠增强铝基复合材料细观力学行为的影响。研究表明,漂珠增强铝基复合材料中孔隙的存在会降低材料的力学性能,而且随着孔隙率的增加,其弹性模量逐渐降低,塑性行为逐渐提前,屈服强度逐渐降低。另外,孔径越大,该复合材料的力学性能越差。
The influence of porosity on the microscopic mechanical behavior of Al-based composite reinforced by drift beads was predicted based on the unit volume element of meso-mechanics finite element method. The results show that the presence of voids in Al-matrix composites can reduce the mechanical properties of the composites. With the increase of porosity, the elastic modulus decreases gradually, and the plastic behavior gradually advances and the yield strength decreases gradually. In addition, the larger the pore size, the poorer the mechanical properties of the composite.
