泄漏油品进入水体后会对水体造成污染,对于泄漏油品的处理方式在一定程度上决定着财产损失和生态环境影响的严重程度。受控燃烧技术是一种在国外得到较好应用的油品泄漏应急处理技术。通过介绍受控燃烧技术的实施过程、实施条件、处理能力,对比分析了国内外受控燃烧技术标准规范存在的差异,提出了逐步加强受控燃烧技术研发和完善标准体系的需求,结合国外在实施受控燃烧方面的经验,建立了受控燃烧的流程图,为国内针对泄漏油品进入水体实施受控燃烧方式处理提供了参考。(表1,图2,参6)

Controlled combustion technology is an oil leakage emergency treatment technology that is well applied abroad. By introducing the implementation process, the implementation conditions and the processing ability of the controlled combustion technology, the differences between the standards of the controlled combustion technology at home and abroad are analyzed and compared. The demand for the R & D and improvement of the standard system for the controlled combustion technology is put forward. The implementation of controlled combustion experience, the establishment of a controlled combustion flow chart for the domestic leakage of oil into the water body to implement the controlled combustion mode provides a reference.
