校企合作是地方高职院校开展人才培养的重要方式,涉及到专业开设、教学计划制定、教学实施、实习实训、就业等多个环节,然而怎么有效开展校企合作,是很多地方高职院校遇到的问题,作者认为应该从政府、学校、企业、家庭等多方面来考虑,一定要结合自身实际,选择适宜的校企合作机制的运行机制。 The cooperation between schools and enterprises is an important way for local higher vocational colleges to carry out personnel training.
