为了找出国产和进口LX80B盘条之间的差异,通过OM、SEM、EPMA以及拉伸试验对不同钢厂生产的LX80B盘条进行了内在质量和力学性能分析。试验结果表明:国产盘条B类、D类夹杂物数量是进口盘条的5倍;由于国产盘条均存在较严重的碳偏析,导致捻制发生分层断裂;盘条表面氧化铁皮均主要由Fe1-yO和Fe3O4组成,但进口盘条氧化铁皮厚度大于国产盘条;盘条微观组织均以珠光体类组织为主,国产盘条中存在长条状或块状先共析Fe3C;由于珠光体片层间距波动较大,导致国产盘条力学性能波动增大。
In order to find out the difference between domestic and imported LX80B wire rods, the internal quality and mechanical properties of LX80B wire rod produced by different steel mills were analyzed by OM, SEM, EPMA and tensile test. The test results show that the number of domestic wire rod of Class B and Class D is five times that of the imported wire rod. Due to the serious carbon segregation in the domestic wire rod, stratified fracture occurs in the twisting. The oxide scale on the wire rod surface is mainly Fe1-yO and Fe3O4 composition, but the thickness of imported wire rod is larger than the domestic wire rod; wire rod microstructure are dominated by pearlite type organizations, there are long strips or massive pro-eutectoid Fe3C; due to Pearlite layer spacing fluctuations, leading to fluctuations in the mechanical properties of domestic wire increased.
