某铜冶炼厂风机运行时间不足一个月即发生飞车事故,轮盖及叶片整体从轮盘上断裂脱落。分析表明,风机进口管路设计不合理,大量酸液冲击腐蚀风机叶轮是事故发生的根本原因。通过改进现场的进口管路,有效减少了进入风机的酸液,叶轮受到的冲击腐蚀明显减弱,风机的工作环境得到极大改善,确保了风机的正常运行。目前风机使用状况良好,改进效果显著。

Analysis shows that the inlet pipe design is not reasonable, a large number of acid erosion impact impeller is the root cause of the accident. By improving the on-site inlet piping, the acid entering the fan is effectively reduced, the impact corrosion of the impeller is obviously weakened, the working environment of the fan is greatly improved, and the normal operation of the fan is ensured. The fan is in good condition and the improvement is remarkable.
