一、前言随着化学工业、石油化工、能源工业的发展,压力容器与化工设备趋向于单系列、大型化;对大直径的高压容器的需求日益增多;直径、壁厚也愈来愈大。目前,炼油煤加氢反应器直径已达3000mm以上,煤的汽化和液化装置内径达3000~5000mm,壁厚200~400mm。这些大型厚壁容器如采用单层整体结构,对焊接技术和检验条件要求较高,较难掌握。
I. Introduction With the development of the chemical industry, petrochemical industry and energy industry, pressure vessels and chemical facilities tend to be single series and large-scale; the demand for large-diameter high-pressure vessels is increasing; the diameters and wall thicknesses are also getting larger and larger. At present, the diameter of the refinery coal hydrogenation reactor has reached more than 3000mm, the inner diameter of the coal vaporization and liquefaction device reaches 3000-5000mm, and the wall thickness is 200-400mm. These large thick-walled containers such as the use of single-layer overall structure, welding technology and inspection conditions require higher, more difficult to master.
