任何教科书,任何道德箴言,任何奖励和惩罚都无法代替的教育力量是师德.古往今来,学者专家,教育名流对师德可谓众说纷纭,各有建树.《中小学教师职业道德规范》阐述了新时期师德的总要求,根据自己的理解,我认为,帮助并挽救差生理应成为社会主义师德的重要内容,也是人民教育对现阶段教育工作者的更高要求.教好本来就不错的学生算不了什么,而教好差生则值得称道,值得赞许;使人快慰,令人幸福.千方百计地转化差生,言小利于提高教育教学质量,言大则挽救了失足少年儿童的青春甚至他的一生.也为社会稳定减轻压力,为国家安宁减少后顾之忧.
Any textbook, any moral rumors, and any incentives and penalties that cannot be replaced are the virtues of teachers. Throughout the ages, scholars, experts, and eminent teachers have made great contributions to the ethics of teachers. They have made achievements. The Code for the Professional Ethics of Primary and Secondary School Teachers elaborated on the new era. According to his own understanding, I believe that helping and saving poor physiology should become an important part of the socialist ethics, and it is also a higher requirement of the people’s education for educators at this stage. It tries to transform the poor students in every possible way, speaks little to improve the quality of education and teaching, and to say a big thing saves the youth and even the lives of children who have stumbled. It also reduces stress for social stability and reduces the peace of the country.
