在当前形势下,电力企业既面临挑战,也面临机遇,必须要与时俱进,才能够找到适合自身企业发展的新方法。精细化管理策略在电力企业营销中的应用,在一定程度上能够帮助电力企业持续稳定发展。本文在对精细化管理进行了介绍的基础上,分析了电力营销工作的特征,探讨了目前我国电力企业的营销现状及其中存在的问题,研究了精细化管理策略在电力营销工作中的重要作用及应用策略,希望对促进我国电力企业可持续发展有所裨益。
In the current situation, power companies face both challenges and opportunities and must keep pace with the times to find new ways for their own business development. The application of the meticulous management strategy in the marketing of power enterprises can help the power enterprises to achieve sustained and stable development to a certain extent.
