当今社会越来越注重健康饮食,我们小学生更是要从小养成良好的饮食习惯,拒绝成为“小胖墩”或者“豆芽菜”。随着《中国/WHO以营养教育为重点的学校健康促进项目》在浙江省实施,我们学校组织开展了一系列以合理搭配健康营养餐为主题的实践活动,通过“我知道、我倡议、我设计、我制作、我展示”五个阶段性小主题,有重点有计划地将营养餐的理念灌输到同学们的思想中。学校组建了“营养手拉手,健康伴我走”实践活动小组,以身作则,走入各大超市解读食品营养结构,掌握合理搭配饮食的必备常识;通过各种宣传途径呼吁同学们吃好营养早餐,落实均衡晚餐;同学们自己亲手设计每日及每周的营养餐食谱,并且请营养咨询专家为我们的食谱做膳食营养评价;同学们自己动手制作健康美味的营养餐等等,校园里处处体现着营养餐实践活动的效应。通过这样的活动,同学们越来越懂得:合理营养,有助于保持健康的体魄,有助于平稳地跨入青春时期。
In today’s society, we are paying more and more attention to healthy eating. Our primary school students have to develop a good diet from an early age and refuse to become “chubby pier” or “bean sprouts.” With the implementation of the “China / WHO School Health Promotion Project focusing on nutrition education” in Zhejiang Province, our school organizes a series of practical activities on the rational matching of healthy and nutritious meals through “I know that my initiative, I design, I make, I show ”five stages of the theme, there are plans to focus on the concept of nutrition meal in the thoughts of students. Schools set up a “nutrition hand in hand, go with my health, ” practice group to lead by example, into the major supermarket interpretation of food nutrition structure, to grasp the necessary common sense with a reasonable diet; through a variety of publicity appeal to students to eat well Nutrition breakfast, the implementation of a balanced dinner; students own hands-on design daily and weekly nutrition meal recipes, and nutrition counseling experts diet nutrition assessment for our recipes; students make their own delicious nutritious meals and so on, the campus Everywhere reflect the effect of nutrition meal practice activities. Through such activities, students are more and more aware of: reasonable nutrition, help to maintain a healthy body, help to smoothly into adolescence.
