目的 :建立紫外分光光度法测定盐酸萘替芬溶液剂含量的方法。方法 :采用多台紫外分光光度仪 ,配制盐酸萘替芬高低两种浓度的溶液 ,进行盐酸萘替芬吸收系数 (E1%1cm)测定 ,并建立样品的含量测定方法。结果 :空白基质在测定波长处对样品测定没有干扰 ,盐酸萘替芬的线性范围为 1.6~ 16 μg·ml-1,r=1.0 0 0 0 ,日内偏差为 0 .2 0 % (n =6 ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .4% ,RSD =0 .39% (n =6 )。结论 :方法灵敏简便 ,满足了盐酸萘替芬溶液剂的含量测定的要求
Objective: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of naftifine hydrochloride solution. Methods: Multiple UV spectrophotometers were used to prepare the two concentrations of naftifine hydrochloride solution. The naftifine hydrochloride absorption coefficient (E1% 1cm) was determined and the content of the sample was determined. Results: The blank matrix did not interfere with the determination of the sample at the measurement wavelength. The linear range of naftifine hydrochloride was 1.6-16 μg · ml -1, r = 1.0 0 0 0, and the intraday deviation was 0.2% (n = 6 ), With an average recovery of 100.4% and RSD = 0.39% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is sensitive and simple, and meets the requirements of determination of naftifine hydrochloride solution
