China's “professional banker” is a noun developed in the sense of “professional manager.” About “professional managers ” Now have a more complete definition: to business management as a career, as a certain management positions of salaried staff. Professional bankers should, of course, also embody the common characteristics of professional managers: considering their work as professional life, having corresponding social role standards and pressure constraints, not only pursuing the satisfaction of material interests under the influence of the social choice mechanism, but also emphasizing one Professional culture and professionalism. However, due to the benefit and limited by the financial aura, professional bankers are more prominent in their personalities than those in other industries. In China, in particular, they will be the most special group of professional managers . With the increasingly prominent role of the financial industry in social and economic life, the market has a strong demand for professional bankers. However, it is undeniable that the current special group in China is far from achieving its due dominance. The system has not yet been established and the contingent of nurses is still nurturing. It can only be regarded as a prototype. In the initial stage, it is always inevitable to explore the issue of the professionalization of bankers. However, just as the rapid growth of Chinese entrepreneurs in those years was inseparable from the media's attention and understanding, the birth of Chinese bankers now also requires our contention and appeal.
