借助激光对H13热作模具钢进行非光滑处理,在模具钢表面形成了形态各异、间距不等的非光滑单元体,探究了单元体的形态及间距与热作模具钢耐磨性能之间的相关性。结果显示,网状非光滑试样具有最优的耐磨性能;随着单元体分布间距的缩小,试样耐磨性能随之上升。
The non-smooth processing of H13 hot work die steel by laser was used to form non-smoothed unit body with different shapes and pitches on the surface of die steel.
