油井水泥固有的收缩特性是诱发油气井气窜和造成水泥环胶结质量差的主要原因。研制了一种新型油井水泥膨胀剂( D B) ,当掺量为水泥的3 % —8 % 时,可使水泥浆产生足够大的塑性膨胀及后期体积膨胀,并且其塑性强度发展高于净浆。膨胀量随养护温度的升高和养护龄期的延长而增大,在受限状态下能显著改善水泥石的抗压强度和胶结强度。 D B 膨胀剂与降滤失剂及分散剂的配伍性好,对水泥浆的其它工程性能无明显影响。结合实验结果讨论了该膨胀剂的作用机理。
The inherent shrinkage characteristic of oil well cement is the main reason that induces gas channeling of oil and gas wells and poor cementing quality. A new type of oil well cement expansion agent (D B) was developed. When the content is 3% -8% of the cement, the cement slurry can produce enough plastic expansion and subsequent volume expansion, and its plastic strength develops faster than net Pulp. The amount of expansion increases with the curing temperature and curing age, which can significantly improve the compressive strength and cementation strength of cement stone under the limited condition. D B expansion agent and fluid loss reducer and dispersant compatibility, and other engineering properties of cement slurry had no significant effect. The mechanism of the expansive agent is discussed with the experimental results.
