使用机械球磨制备细晶Ti/Al复合粉,采用不同的压制工艺,通过反应烧结和等温锻造方法获得不同晶粒尺寸的TiAl金属间化合物。对TiAl金属间化合物的微观组织特征进行了分析,研究了不同制备工艺对其微观组织的影响。结果表明:采用冷等静压630℃反应烧结及等温锻造工艺可以获得晶粒尺寸5~8μm的细晶TiAl金属间化合物;通过普通冷压、1250℃反应烧结与等温锻造后,也能获得近全致密的层片状TiAl金属间化合物,但晶粒尺寸为20~30μm。
The fine Ti / Al composite powders were prepared by mechanical ball milling. TiAl intermetallics with different grain sizes were obtained by reaction sintering and isothermal forging using different pressing processes. The microstructural characteristics of TiAl intermetallics were analyzed and the effects of different preparation processes on their microstructures were investigated. The results show that the fine-grained TiAl intermetallics with the grain size of 5 ~ 8μm can be obtained by cold isostatic pressing at 630 ℃ and isothermal forging process. After the common cold pressing, 1250 ℃ reaction sintering and isothermal forging, Tight dense lamellar TiAl intermetallic compounds, but the grain size of 20 ~ 30μm.
