随着社会的发展,高职高专院校在不断扩招,这也导致高职高专生源的学习水平不一致。英语是一门综合性很强的学科,高职高专学生英语水平相差悬殊,参差不齐。分层教学就是在学生学习水平不一致的基础上提出的教学理论,其依据是因材施教和“最近发展区”理论,分层教学的运用能够在整体上提高高职高专学生的英语能力。本文在分析分层教学概念,理论依据的基础上,探讨了分层教学在高职高专英语教学过程中应该遵循十二字方针,即“分层教学,分类指导,分级达标”。
With the development of society, higher vocational colleges and universities continue to enroll, which also led to inconsistencies in the learning level of students of higher vocational colleges. English is a highly comprehensive subject, and the English proficiency of students in higher vocational colleges varies greatly and is uneven. Hierarchical teaching is a teaching theory based on the inconsistency of students’ learning level, which is based on teaching students according to their aptitude and the theory of “recent development zone”. The use of hierarchical teaching can improve the English ability of students in higher vocational colleges as a whole. Based on the analysis of the concept of hierarchical teaching and theoretical basis, this paper discusses that the layered teaching should follow the twelve-character principle in the process of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, that is, “teaching in different levels, guiding by categories, and attaining graded standards”.
