研究了钴的新型多元络合物体系的显色反应。在pH 10.7,Co与ECAB、CTMAB不起反应,但4,4′-联吡啶存在时,Co与ECAB、4,4′-联吡啶和CTMAB则迅速形成绿色的四元络合物。络合物的最大吸收峰位于632nm。络合物的摩尔吸光系数为7.81×10~4。钴在0/15μg/25ml范围服从比尔定律。络合物的组成为Co:ECAB:4,4′-bipy:CTMAB=1:2:4:6。许多常见离子不干扰,但镍、铁有干扰,在9NHCl中用阴离子交换树脂可分离干扰元素。用拟定方法测定了金属镍和硫酸镍中微量的钴,结果满意。
The color reaction of the new cobalt complex system was studied. At pH 10.7, Co did not react with ECAB and CTMAB, but Co and ECAB, 4,4’-dipyridyl and CTMAB quickly formed a green quaternary complex in the presence of 4,4’-dipyridyl. The maximum absorption peak of the complex is at 632nm. The molar absorptivity of the complex was 7.81 × 10 ~ 4. Cobalt obeys Bill’s law in the 0/15 μg / 25 ml range. The composition of the complex is Co: ECAB: 4,4’-bipy: CTMAB = 1: 2: 4: 6. Many common ions do not interfere, but nickel and iron interfere with anion exchange resins in 9NHCl to separate interfering elements. The proposed method was used to determine trace amounts of cobalt in metallic nickel and nickel sulfate and the results were satisfactory.
