目的建立改性绿茶富集分离技术结合石墨炉原子吸收法测定有机锡的方法。方法研究改性绿茶对有机锡的吸附行为,选择最佳富集分离有机锡的条件。用V乙腈∶V水∶V乙酸=65∶23∶12的提取液浸提海产品中有机锡化合物,分析物经改性绿茶富集后被不同浓度盐酸溶液定量洗脱,用石墨炉原子吸收法对其含量进行分析。结果在pH=5的溶液中可同时吸附三丁基锡(TBT)和三苯基锡(TPhT),2.5 mol/L的盐酸可定量洗脱TBT,6.0 mol/L的盐酸可定量洗脱TPhT。方法线性范围0~40μg/L。TBT和TPhT的检出限分别为0.65和0.68μg/L,RSD为6.1%和6.7%,回收率为80.7%~86.0%。结论该方法可应用于海产品中丁基锡和苯基锡的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of organotins by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with modified green tea enrichment and separation technology. Methods The adsorption behavior of modified green tea on organotin was studied and the optimal conditions for the enrichment and separation of organotin were selected. The organotin compounds were extracted from the seawater with V acetonitrile: V water: V acetic acid = 65:23:12. The analytes were enriched with modified green tea and eluted with different concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution. The products were characterized by graphite furnace atomic absorption Law to analyze its content. Results TBT and triphenyltin (TPhT) were adsorbed simultaneously in pH = 5 solution. TBT was eluted with 2.5 mol / L hydrochloric acid and TPhT was eluted with 6.0 mol / L hydrochloric acid. The linear range of the method is 0 ~ 40μg / L. The detection limits of TBT and TPhT were 0.65 and 0.68 μg / L, respectively. The RSDs were 6.1% and 6.7%, and the recoveries were 80.7% -86.0%. Conclusion The method can be applied to the determination of butyl tin and phenyl tin in seafood.
