英语教学是教与学的过程,是教师与学生为了完成共同的教学目标的合作过程,是教师教与学生学的和谐统一过程。苏霍姆林斯基认为,“师生之间是一种互相有好感、互相尊重的和谐关系,这将有利于教学任务的完成”。和谐的师生关系是激发学生学习的积极性、创造性的原动力,对学生的英语学习能力的培养、课堂效率的提高是十分重要的。因此,我认为,在英语教学中要建立和谐的师生关系应从以下几个方面做起: English teaching is a process of teaching and learning, a process of cooperation between teachers and students in order to accomplish common teaching objectives, and a process of harmony and unity between teachers’ teaching and student learning.
