笔者对本校学生顶岗实习的现状调查发现,学生顶岗实习率高但稳定率低。到了顶岗实习的第四周,2010年有4个学生离开实习单位,约占实习学生总数的9.3%;2011年有3个学生离开实习单位,约占实习学生总数的8.6%。能按学校规定在同一单位完成实习的学生不到五分之三,多数企业对学生顶岗实习期间的稳定性不满意。一、顶岗实习稳定率低的成因分析1.学生自身缺乏相应的能力
