本文采用多种指标检测42例白血病患者的红细胞、白细胞免疫功能,并与正常人作了比较。肿瘤细胞花环法测定白血病患者红细胞CR1活性结果比正常人明显降低(P<0.01);红细胞CR1活性抑制因子升高、促进因子降低与正常人相比均有显著差别(P<0.01),CIC比正常人明显升高(P<0.01);CD4、CD8也比正常人明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。提示:白血病患者红细胞和白细胞免疫功能均发生异常变化。此外,对急性白血病患者部分病例治疗前后的红细胞CR1活性及其免疫调节因子的变化进行了追踪检测以探讨其临床意义。
In this paper, a variety of indicators of 42 cases of leukemia in patients with erythrocyte and leukocyte immune function, and compared with normal. The result of rosette assay of erythrocyte CR1 in patients with leukemia was significantly lower than that in normal people (P <0.01). The inhibition of erythrocyte CR1 activity and the decrease of prokaryotic factor were significantly different from those in normal people (P <0.01) ), CIC was significantly higher than the normal (P <0.01); CD4, CD8 also significantly lower than the normal (P <0.01, P <0.05). Tip: leukemia patients with abnormal changes in immune function of red blood cells and white blood cells. In addition, some patients with acute leukemia before and after treatment of erythrocyte CR1 activity and immune regulatory factors were tracked to explore the clinical significance.
