数学具有严谨的逻辑性和高度的抽象性及应用的广泛性。小学数学教学侧重于培养学生分析、比较和综合能力;抽象、概括能力;判断、推理能力;学生的迁移类推能力;引导学生揭示知识间的联系,探索规律、总结规律;培养学生思维的灵活性;培养学生学习数学的兴趣,良好的思想品德和学习习惯。在教学过程中不可避免地出现了相当一部分“学困生”严重影响了教学质量的全面提高。如何转化这些“学困生”
