随着高职院校体育教学内容的改革,一些非传统体育教学项目也走进了大学课堂。瑜伽能明显的提高大学生的心肺功能、身体的柔韧性和控制能力,因此,成为大学生们热衷的体育健身项目之一。同时,瑜伽教学在高校的开展不仅有助于完善公共体育课的项目结构,而且还有助于素质教育在高校的实施。
With the reform of PE teaching content in higher vocational colleges, some non-traditional PE teaching programs have also entered the university classroom. Yoga can significantly improve college students’ heart and lung function, body flexibility and control ability, and therefore become a keen physical activity among college students. At the same time, yoga teaching in colleges and universities not only helps to improve the project structure of public physical education, but also contribute to the implementation of quality education in colleges and universities.
