食管动态反流监测是目前诊断GERD的金标准。准确的诊断需要建立在规范的操作之上，为提高食管反流监测的操作质量，中华医学会消化病学分会胃肠动力学组和大中华区胃肠动力联盟牵头制定本操作规范。本指南制定过程中邀请国内相关领域专家对国内外有关文献进行检索、讨论，并召开专家研讨会，确定指南的内容。本指南涉及食管反流监测的适应证、禁忌证、详细的操作流程和报告发放。“,”Esophageal ambulatory reflux monitoring is the current gold standard in the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). In order to facilitate standardized procedure and improve diagnostic accuracy, Gastrointestinal Motility Group, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, Chinese Medical Association, and Greater China Gastrointestinal Motility Expert Alliance developed a clinical guideline for esophageal ambulatory reflux monitoring. This document was reviewed by thorough literature searching and working group conference by domestic experts in gastrointestinal motility. Indications, contradictions, methodology and report of esophageal ambulatory reflux monitoring were provided in this clinical guideline.
