目的 :观察重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G -CSF) /重组人粒细胞 -巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM -CSF)不同剂量、不同给药时间 ,对急性白血病大剂量、普通剂量和较低剂量化疗后粒细胞缺乏的治疗作用。方法 :设立治疗组和对照组 ,观察急性白血病 30例 ,共 6 8个疗程化疗。结果 :所有治疗组较对照组感染减轻 ,粒细胞缺乏时间缩短 ,骨髓造血恢复加快。不规则治疗组和对照组比较 ,粒细胞缺乏持续时间、感染程度、骨髓造血恢复无差异。结论 :G -CSF/GM -CSF能缩短急性白血病化疗粒细胞缺乏 ,防治感染 ,促进造血恢复。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of different doses and time of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) / recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) on acute leukemia at high dose, Therapeutic effect of agranulocytosis after low dose chemotherapy. Methods: The treatment group and the control group were set up, and 30 cases of acute leukemia were observed with a total of 68 courses of chemotherapy. Results: In all treatment groups, the infection in the control group was alleviated, the neutropenia time was shortened, and the hematopoietic recovery of bone marrow was accelerated. Irregular treatment group and control group, the duration of agranulocytosis, infection, bone marrow hematopoietic recovery no difference. Conclusion: G-CSF / GM-CSF can shorten the leukemia chemotherapy agranulocytosis, prevent infection and promote hematopoietic recovery.
